The Vlog is a video blog that mixes history
with techniques made Cajun-famous
by some of Louisiana’s greatest fiddlers.
Every episode includes a tune or two from the good old days
with real-world examples of traditional Cajun & Creole styles,
crafted for you, the developing player.
These tunes are pretty much all played in Cajun tuning (DGCF smallest to largest)
which is one whole step down from Standard tuning (EADG),
and the strings are called by their standard tuning names.
