I glance at my emails once or twice a day and make urgent messages a priority. But due to other commitments, I’m returning most emails no more than once a week, often less (usually on Tuesday mornings). My inbox can get pretty overwhelming so below you will find the best way to get your questions answered.

If you need a password reminder, check your inbox for a message from me with either “welcome” or “password” in the subject line.
If you can’t find it, don’t hear back from me right away, or if there is another urgent matter, please email email@example.com with “URGENT” in the subject line.
2. ARE YOU A PROSPECTIVE STUDENT OR A STUDENT WHO NEEDS TO SCHEDULE, RESCHEDULE, OR CANCEL A LESSON?
All scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling of appointments, from private lessons to coaching sessions to intensives, can be completed by going to https://mitchreedmusiclessons.com/book-a-lesson/ .
If you are a current student and are reaching out for support that can’t wait until our next lesson, please text me.
If you are a prospective student and you have questions, please give me a call and leave a detailed message.
3. DO YOU WANT TO BOOK A GIG?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and leave a detailed message including dates, times, location and a good call back number. I usually return calls twice a week, and I will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, I am unable to volunteer my time at the moment.
